Oh my, looks like Bollywood cutie Shahid Kapoor has finally made his mark in B-town! The actor who not too long ago spoke about how much he admires the Khan's of Bollywood may be on his way to becoming a superstar like them with his hit film,"Kaminey." Just in its first weekend, "Kaminey" brought in over 33 crores(approximately, 672,548.67 USD) in the worldwide box office. The film is considered the second biggest opening of the year.
This is quite an accomplishment for a film that wasn't even shown in markets such as Mumbai, Pune and Than. This is considered to be Shahid and his co-star, Priyanka Chopra's, biggest hit to date. Kapoor is all smiles about his success and he feels that this is a great start to the next set of films he has lined up. With his charming looks, skilled dance moves and major up-coming projects, could Kapoor possibly be the next SRK? Well being the global icon that Shahrukh Khan is it's hard to imagine who will take his place once he is ready to pass the torch, but Shahid Kapoor is turning into a great candidate.
